Individually

1)  You will each sprout your own seed and help it to grow into a plant.

2)  You will learn what a seed needs to grow into a  healthy plant.

3)  You will learn the life stages of how a seed grows into a plant.

In Your Assigned Groups

4)  You will first make predictions about what will happen with your seeds. Then, you will learn through your seed sprouting investigation what really happens. 

5)  You will research, then draw and label the stages of how a seed grows into a plant. 

6)  You will prepare a PowerPoint presentation for Mrs.Jones to tell her what a seed needs to grow into a healthy plant. 

7)  You will prepare a presentation for Mrs. Jones to tell her all about seeds and plants.  The group Mrs.Jones thinks helped her understand the best about seeds and plants will get a special prize she is bringing with her.
